awesome location near the airport!

convenient tram helpful staff

the hotel is just a quick 10-minute walk from terminal 1, amazing! taking tram no 2 from the terminals is super easy and free (only one station!). it is convenient to get to the city center using two tram lines that run every 5 minutes. i found the staff helpful always.

i did notice some noise from the air-conditioning system on the 8th floor, it kept switching on and off. it wasn't the best experience, but i was only there for one night to catch an early flight. next time i will ask for a room change.

Service

9/10

the staff seemed very available 24 hours a day and ready to meet my needs, which i totally appreciated. near the reception, there were convenient 24-hour options for modest meals, like pizza, perfect for late arrivals or early flights.

Location

10/10

i found the spot super convenient to railway and tram stations to get to the center. the hotel location makes it easy to explore the local area, thanks to the easy access to transportation and proximity to the airport.

Convenient Stay Near Airport

quick walk airport access comfortable bed

The hotel location allows a quick walk to the airport. I could buy food and drinks around the clock, useful. The room had a comfortable bed. This feature helped me relax before my early flight.

The corridor had a noticeable bad smell. This issue detracted from the overall experience.

Dining

8/10

The breakfast included a decent selection of items. I saw filling options that included both sweet and savory choices. There were fresh pastries, cereals, yogurt, and also cold cuts and cheeses.

easy location friendly staff downtown access

the hotel location helped a lot. it was very easy to find from the airport. just two tram stops for free to grand arenas. then i walked for a few minutes. i found that the rooms are clean and the lobby is nice. the hotel staff were professional and friendly. i left my bag and the manager helped retrieve it. the tram to downtown is a short walk away.
